Hi, I’m Larissa—founder of Diadem Solutions Inc, and your strategic partner in team transformation.

With two decades of service in human resources operations, engagement, experience and leadership development in public sector, non-profit and faith-based arenas, I’ve gained solid human resources ability. My approach blends analytical precision with human insight, ensuring that every solution is not only effective but aligned with your values and vision.

How It All Started…

Early in my career, my projects were heavy on the HR operations side. This gave me the experience I needed to excel in streamlining repeatable processes.  Later I grew into leadership development, after earning my Certified Public Manager (CPM) designation in 2018 along with earning my Senior Certified Public Sector HR certification (PSHRA-SCP) through the Public Sector HR Association in the same year.  I’m also a proud Alumna of Liberty University with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration: Human Resources Management. Through both gained knowledge and experience, I’m confident that I can help you reach your HR goals.

One of my first clients was a church that needed job description alignment and policy redesign.  I reorganized the position structure to clearly define team and position responsibilities, then successfully updated their operational policies to clarify processes and align them with organizational objectives. That experience cemented my belief in the power of strategic intervention and partnership.

The Name…

The name Diadem has two-fold meaning for me.  First, Diadem is a jeweled crown with multifaceted dimensions.  This defines our approach to helping our clients build teams in a multifaceted way.  Second Diadem is the merging of two original terms Dia and Dem.  The early Greek origin of dia means “through”, as in across or by way of.  The early Greek origin of dem means, “people”.   Let’s build your team with a multifaceted approach - together.
